Out Of State Referees

WELCOME! Thank you for choosing to support Indiana Soccer. Our policy has recently changed. Out of state referees wishing to referee games in Indiana:​

• Must be a current U.S. Soccer registered referee
• Must meet the criminal background requirements of the competition authority and of Indiana Soccer
• Must complete the following form so that an account can be created for you in GotSport (statewide assignment system).
  • ​Out-of-state GotSport Account Request Form
• You no longer need permission from your SRA to officiate in Indiana. If your licenses can be verified in the U.S. Soccer Learning Center, you'll be instantly approved. If not, we'll need to get an email from your SRA, SYRA, or Registrar confirming your current:
  • valid background check (using the USOPC standard),
  • "SafeSport" and "Intro to Safe and Healthy Playing Environments" licenses, and 
  • Grassroots or Regional Referee License
