The Indiana State Referee Association's goal is to create and grow a qualified and well-trained group of referees. These referees will be instructed and held to the highest standards with the intent of maintaining a safe and enjoyable playing environment for Indiana Soccer Association members of all ages and skill levels. Indiana Referees will thoroughly understand and appropriately apply the Laws of the Game. The Indiana State Referee Association strives to actively recruit, develop, certify and advance referees for all levels of play.

Indiana State Cup
The Indiana State Cup is part of the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series. The top ranked teams for age groups 13U-19U will be selected to participate in the Indiana State Cup. The Indiana State Cup Champions will advance to the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series Midwest Regionals. Champions from the Midwest Regional event will advance to the National Finals. Indiana Presidents Cup
The US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup provides a progressive, competitive experience to US Youth Soccer teams from the state to regional to national level. The Presidents Cup gives players an opportunity to compete against teams from across the country at a high level for the joy and the challenge of the game. It provides the chance to experience a unique US Youth Soccer event with camaraderie, community and competition through sport. Up to 16 teams may be selected to participate in each division. Indiana Challenge Cup
The Indiana Soccer Challenge Cup is an annual state championship tournament event open to 11U-17U travel and rec+ teams from Indiana. Midwest Conference, Great Lakes Conference, and ISL Premier teams are not eligible to participate in the Challenge Cup. Learn more...

Memorial Cup
The Indiana Memorial Cup was inspired by the loss of Rachael Fiege, who began her soccer career at the early age of 5. When permission to name the cup after Rachael was requested, her parents, Rick and Angela Fiege, stated that they would be honored but asked that the event be expanded to honor all of Indiana’s youth soccer players and referees who are no longer with us.

Soccer Across America
Soccer Across America is designed to introduce the sport of soccer to youngsters living in communities not yet served by existing clubs and leagues. Focused on making soccer available to lower-income children in under-served communities, Soccer Across America provides soccer training and administrative guidance to players and organizations who might otherwise not be exposed to the sport.
